Kids keep on growing don’t they!! Trying to keep my two boys in the correctly fitting kids cycling clothing is a constant struggle. Each year I vow to snap up next-size bargains in the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, so we’re ready to go when they have the next growth spurt. I rarely get round to it, but this year I’m determined to be better organised.
Here’s my pick of the Black Friday bargains on kids cycle clothing – not all discounts are included in the official Black Friday sales, but I’ve included them anyway to help you find the best bargains. Here’s to another 12 months of family cycling adventures!!
This fun cycling jersey from Scimitar is reduced from £30 to £14.99 at Evans Cycles. It will certainly bring a smile to everyones face as your child rides past them!
For those who prefer a racing look, this Team Movistar jersey is reduced from £27.99 to £19.99 at Tredz.
And this 2017 Tour of Britain Wiggle Points kids sized cycling jersey is reduced from £35 to £17.95 at Dare2b.
It’s important to keep your kids visible this time of year, and Wiggle have reduced down the Sportful Kids Reflex jacket to just £16.20 – a 52% reduction on the retail price of £34.00. A cheap way for them to be visible during the dreary winter months.
Rutland Cycling is the place to go for some of the best discounts on kids cycling kit at the moment. These Scott padded shorts come in navy or light blue and are discounted down to just £8.00 (from £35.99). No wonder they are selling fast – there were just a few sizes left when I checked!
Little Pro have some great Black Friday deals on kids cycle clothing, including Altura and Polaris kit. These Altura cycling shorts are suitable for ages 5 through to 12 years, and are down to £11.99 from £27.99.
Rutland also have these Altura Kids Sprint Mitts down from £8.99 to £4.00 – they come in Black and White or Black and Pink and a range of sizes to suit ages 5 and over.
This Dare2b shell jacket is wind resistant and water repellent – ideal for winter riding. It’s on massive reduction at Rutland Cycles, down from £45.00 to just £10.50. It comes in two colours – blue and a pinky purple.
For little heads, this Limar Kids Helmet is great fun – and also comes with antibacterial pads inside, as we all know how kids manage to get their dirty little fingers all over everything! It’s reduced down to £19.49 at Tweeks Cycles, from an RRP of £29.99. Three designs are available, including this fun “grazing” design.

Your local bike shop – like all retailers your local independent bike shop is likely to be trying to shift summer stock so it’s worth checking to see if they have any bargains available.
