The Islabikes Rothan 12 was the smallest Islabike you can buy, and is designed for children from the age of about 2 years (inside leg 30cm), there’s a larger Rothan 14 if they’re a bit taller.
Our 3 year old review went from walking slowly over the bike to scooting along very fast in no time. The only real complaint we had was about the positioning of the tyre valve and some people would prefer a quick release on the seat post.
