The 100th Tour de France

Kids size yellow jersey to celebrate the 100th Tour de FranceSir Bradley Wiggins may have pulled out of the 2013 Tour de France, but there’s bound to be plenty of excitement to keep the kids entertained once the 100th Tour sets off on Saturday 29th June.  Expect huge amounts of media coverage, in the year after the first ever British winner, as Chris Froome bids to make it two years in a row for Britain and Team Sky.

Last year kids sized yellow jerseys sold out before the end of the race, so grab one early this year if you’ve got a future stage winner in your family!

If you can’t wait that long, then there’s always Kids size Giro d’Italia Cycle Jerseys and lots of Team Sky look.

We’ve also been hunting out the best kids sized road racing bikes available, should you be faced with calls for a bike styled like the race leaders!

Riding a bike when heavily pregnantRiding a bike when heavily pregnant

As Dame Sarah Storey approaches her due date, there’s been a lot of interest in the press about the fact she’s still riding a bike when heavily pregnant.

Here at Cycle Sprog we’ve been busy finding out about other mums-to-be who’ve cycled up until the final weeks of their pregnancy in our new pregnancy cycling section.

We’d love to feature other pregnancy cycling stories to help future mums decide if, when and how to ride during pregnancy and when their babies are young.  If you’d like to feature in our series, please get in touch via our Contact Us page.
