Topeak recall Topeak Babyseat II rear seat

There is a risk that a child’s finger can get caught in the grab bar’s hinge mechanism, and get crushed or lacerated.

These seats have been sold within the UK between January 2009 and April 2012, and can be identified by the model numbers TCS2100, TCS2101 and TCS2102 on the rear of the seat.

A kit can be obtained to cover the hinge.

For more information, including details on how to identify if you’ve got a faulty model, can be found at http://www.extrauk.co.uk/profile/news/53/Topeak_Babyseat_II_Safety_Recall/
