Cycle Sprog – our first media coverage in the Chester Chronicle helps beat post holiday blues!
All good things have to come to an end and our week in Cornwall is now fading into a happy memory. It’s back to the usual routine of Chris getting the kids to school and preschool, and myself to work. However yesterday I was working from home so I was able to do the school ride – it was strange to be pulling the tag along and be riding on roads again after the freedom of the Cornish mining tracks, but it’s certainly a much better way to start the day than sitting on a train. Our Cornish adventure hasn’t quite been forgotten though, as while we were away a major milestone in the life of Cycle Sprog happened. Our first media coverage in the Chester Chronicle!!
The Chester Chronicle had a half page article on us, complete with a photo of us on our Cornish hire bikes we’d emailed over last week. It is exciting to think that word is getting out about the site, and we hope parents find it useful.
The online version doesn’t have the photo – you’ll have to check out our blog article for that.
It was a nice way to start the working week with a colleague saying she’d seen us in the paper – a lovely reminder of our great holiday.
