It’s all about how cycling can help you keep so many of those New Years resolutions, including saving money, keeping fit and spending more quality time with the kids

Those of you who are regular visitors to Cycle Sprog, will know that since this blog was written, my 5 year old T has now progressed to riding his own bike – how time flies!

2014 is shaping up to be a fantastic year for family cycling.  We predict that with the Tour de France coming to the England for the first 3 stages, and Scotland hosting the Commonwealth Games, more children than ever are going to be desperate to get out and emulate their heroes.

Here’s to a fun filled year of cycling – Happy New Year everyone!
